SAPI Feed was created in the year 2000 as a company that commercializes with high-quality fats, oils and processed animal protein intended for the animal feeding, oleochemical, cosmetic, biodiesel sectors and other industrial markets.
Our parent company, SAPI S.p.A., –with the headquarters in Castelnuovo Rangone– was founded in 1964 by the Rinaldi family. During its more than 50 years of history, SAPI has provided the agro-food industry of Italy an efficient service of collection and processing. Nowadays we have 3 plants for processing category 3 and one plant for category 1.
SAPI has a strong presence in the international market, where year on year has strengthened its position up to be currently standing as of the 10 biggest companies of the sector. This is due to its 34 production centres found around Europe, Africa and North and South America.
Currently, the group is processing 1.500.000 tons of product a year and has more than 1.800 employed workers.
